Ciao! My name is Andrea Drago and I’m a geometer and climate activist from Rome. I got a PhD in mathematics studying metric topology of hyperbolic group actions at “La Sapienza”, and I’ve been involved for 5 years in community care and civil disobedience with Extinction Rebellion. I’m thrilled to be part of the RSTLess team, where I’m interested in theoretical aspects of deep neural networks, and in their practical applications to stop the disruption of the climate and ecosystems. Right now I’m investigating generalization of overparametrized deep networks, and the stability of neural operators. In the rest of my time I like to dance, paint, and walk barefoot in nature.
